Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £13.68 - £14.68
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday

Smart Education is recruiting a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and purpose-built nursery setting in West Bromwich. This beautiful nursery offers a nurturing environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities

• Deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS standards

• Promote a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

• Build strong relationships with children and families through the key-person approach

• Work collaboratively with your team and contribute to meetings and ongoing development

• Maintain clean, organised learning spaces

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

• Strong spoken and written English

• 1+ year Early Years experience 

• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

• Passionate, nurturing, and committed to high-quality childcare
