I have worked with smart education for a year now. The work is challenging but highly rewarding. The freedom to work hours I want works really well. The pupils are demanding but the sense of achievement is fantastic. Working with smart education is the best way to work in education and actually make a difference to students lives who need the support. Fiona and the team are great. The organisation is very friendly, supportive and professional. They are always on hand when needed and offer all the support required. I would highly recommend working with the team.
