Teacher Main Scale 1–6 (£32,916 – £45,352 FTE) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a KS3 Teacher with SEN experience for a permanent role with an immediate start within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

Job Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching KS3 pupils, with SEN experience essential
• Strong understanding of personalised learning and SEND strategies
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

 

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to KS3 pupils with complex needs
• Plan and assess learning to meet individual goals
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
• Collaborate effectively with staff, families, and external professionals
• Contribute positively to the ethos and values of the setting
