Recruitment Resourcer – Home Tutors & Education Staff

Birmingham Office (with hybrid/flexible working)

Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 (DOE) + Commission

Are you an energetic people-person with a passion for education and recruitment?
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly, high-performing team in Birmingham, helping to recruit exceptional home tutors and education staff across the West Midlands.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll support our experienced consultants and account managers by sourcing candidates for roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and Home Tutors – helping children who are currently not in school due to a variety of reasons.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calling
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships through regular communication
  • Conduct interviews and complete compliance checks including references and safeguarding
  • Maintain and update our database with accurate candidate information
  • Match suitable tutors with students and roles across schools and alternative education settings
  • Collaborate with consultants to meet business recruitment needs
  • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Resourcer or in recruitment (education sector preferred)
  • OR experience in a school or tutoring role looking to transition into recruitment
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Target-driven with a team-player mindset
  • A passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing
