Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 (DOE) + Commission

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly, high-performing team in Birmingham, helping to recruit exceptional home tutors and education staff across the West Midlands.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll support our experienced consultants and account managers by sourcing candidates for roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and Home Tutors – helping children who are currently not in school due to a variety of reasons.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calling
- Build and maintain candidate relationships through regular communication
- Conduct interviews and complete compliance checks including references and safeguarding
- Maintain and update our database with accurate candidate information
- Match suitable tutors with students and roles across schools and alternative education settings
- Collaborate with consultants to meet business recruitment needs
- Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Resourcer or in recruitment (education sector preferred)
- OR experience in a school or tutoring role looking to transition into recruitment
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Target-driven with a team-player mindset
- A passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing
