QTS Science Teacher

SCIENCE TEACHER

Qualifications Required: A valid UK QTS and at least 12 month’s experience within a secondary school setting environment and experience teaching the National Curriculum.

Previous experience of teaching a broad range of science subjects within a secondary environment, including GCSE level

Salary: £135.12 - £215.21 per day

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday

Location: South Shropshire

Job Description:

SMART Education would like to recruit a science teacher in south Shropshire. This role is starting as temporary and has the potential to go permanent for the right person.. We are working with a large academy who is actively looking at recruiting quality candidates.

These science teacher roles commence ASAP and is a full-time until the end of the academic year.

The schools are looking to hold interviews and lesson observations as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• QTS certificate 
• Must have experience working with challenging behaviour, ideally in an educational setting.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a school environment.
• Full-time availability.
• A valid DBS check on the update service or the ability to process one.
• Ability to provide references from previous employment.
• Available to start immediately
