Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners with SEN? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! A well-established primary school in Solihull is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide vital support to a child in Key Stage 1 with SEN.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in this supportive and nurturing school, you will have the chance to:

• Work closely with an enthusiastic and motivated child in Key Stage 1 with SEN.
• Implement personalized strategies to enhance the child's learning experience.
• Collaborate with experienced educators and specialists in the field of SEN.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• A strong commitment to supporting children with SEN.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient and empathetic nature.
• Experience with Epilepsy is an advantage but full training will be provided.
