Smart Education is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to work in a 1-form entry primary school in Leamington Spa.

The Role:

As a Level 3 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the development of young minds. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children in the EYFS
• Delivering engaging phonics lessons to enhance language and literacy skills.
• Collaborating with teachers to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Observe and assess children’s development, keeping records of their process
• Provide 1-1 support to children with SEN needs when required

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proven experience in EYFS
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
