Job Description:

SMART Education would like to recruit a family Liaison Officer.

These positions will be offering additional support within secondary schools in Telford.

These positions commence ASAP potentially until the end of the academic year.

The schools are looking to hold interviews and lesson observations as soon as possible.

The schools recognise that creativity enhances children’s academic, social and mental well-being and should not be compromised. They truly believe in having the child at the heart of learning. They like to collaborate with local communities, schools, and beyond and require people who have prior experience in:

 

Looked After Children

· Children who have social care involvement - CIN, CP or who are receiving Early Help Services (EHA)

· Children with emotional, medical or special needs

· Challenging behaviour

· Children with a statement of special educational needs (Education, Health Care Plan)

 

Experiences Required: 12 months experience of working in office work and/or working within a school environment.

Salary: £22,401 - £25, 463 pro rota

Hours: Monday to Friday
