Key Responsibilities:

• Daily School Operations: Oversee the opening and closing of the school premises, guaranteeing that all necessary areas are unlocked and prepared for the day's activities.
• Safety Oversight: Conduct routine safety inspections and promptly address any maintenance concerns to maintain a secure environment.
• General Maintenance: Provide assistance with general cleaning and tidying tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with teaching staff to facilitate their classroom preparations and resource needs.
• Security Measures: Ensure the implementation of security protocols, including securing the premises at the end of each day.

Additional Requirements:

• The successful candidate must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or can apply for one.
• Possession of a full driving licence and access to transportation is essential, as the role may require travel between different sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed).
• Immediate availability to start work is required.
• References covering the last two years of employment are essential.
• Due to the immediate start nature of this position, all required paperwork must be promptly completed.

 

Qualifications Required: 6+ Months minimum experience.

Salary: £13.73 per hour

Hours: Shifts (alternate weeks) 6am – 2pm/10.30am – 6.30pm

Location: Tividale/West Bromwich
