DATA OFFICER

Job Description:

SMART Education would like to recruit data officer.

These positions will be offering additional support within secondary schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

These positions commence ASAP potentially until the end of the academic year.

The schools are looking to hold interviews and lesson observations as soon as possible.

They like to collaborate with local communities, schools, and beyond and require people who can support this in an administrative way.

• Experience of working with SIMS and/or Brom Come
• Dealing with private and confidential documents
• Administration duties
• To support the operation of a comprehensive data management service to the school and its key stakeholders.
•  To support the continual progress and development of the school data system ensuring simplicity, accuracy, and automation in line with developments in technology to ensure maximum efficiencies.
•  To support the administration of Bromcom and other databases across several key areas to facilitate the raising of standards in school.

 

Experiences Required: 6 months experience of working in office work and/or working within a school environment. Current knowledge of using SIMS and Brom Com.

Salary: £23,000 - £29,400 per year 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4pm

Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham

Start Date: September 2023 - ongoing. Temporary to permanent, optional.
