The Role:

As a PSHE Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards personal growth, positive decision-making, and emotional resilience. Your ability to connect, empathize, and inspire will contribute significantly to the development of well-rounded individuals ready to face life's challenges. Your duties will be to:

  • Develop and deliver engaging PSHE lessons that resonate with students' experiences and needs.

  • Provide guidance on critical life skills, emotional well-being, and positive social interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to tailor learning plans that cater to individual students' SEMH requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on PSHE or relevant subject.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs is advantageous.
  • Dedication to promoting a nurturing and non-judgmental learning environment.
