About Smart Education and our Mission: Smart Education is proud to partner with pupil referral units (PRUs) in the vibrant Sandwell area. Our mission is to provide dedicated support to children with behavioural issues who are currently not in mainstream school. Within the PRUs, we strive to help these pupils prepare for a successful return to school in the future, equipping them with essential life skills and knowledge.

 

Position: Full-Time Multi-Skills Tutor: As a Multi-Skills Tutor, your role will be pivotal in providing valuable education and guidance to the exceptional students. Your expertise in multi-Skills education will contribute to their personal growth, skill development, and overall well-being.

 

Responsibilities: You will play a vital role in the lives of the students, making a positive impact through:

• Conducting engaging multi-skills classes tailored to the unique needs of pupils within the PRUs.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters personal growth and skill development.
• Using creative and innovative teaching methods to address behavioural challenges, enhance concentration levels, and develop positive social skills.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in multi-skills education.
• An understanding of working with students facing behavioural challenges.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young individuals.
