SECONDARY SCHOOL SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

SMART Education would like to recruit secondary science technician.

This science technician position will be offering additional support within a secondary school in Shropshire.

This technician’s position commences in September, and we offer a range of full-time work until the end of the academic year.

The schools are looking to hold interviews commence ASAP.

Support the Senior Science Technician by:
• Delivering and collecting practical equipment to and from labs
• Clean glassware and equipment
• Maintain a tidy and organised prep room
• Prepare equipment for practical lessons
• Making and preparing chemicals and solutions
• Enquire equipment is in good working order.

 

Qualifications Required: At least 6+ Month’s experience within a secondary school setting environment, preferred but not essential

Salary: up to £18,500 per year

Hours: Full-time OR part-time Monday to Friday. Job share will also be considered

Location: south Telford, Shropshire
