Job Description:

The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Business Manager to manage the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including:

• Finance Health and safety Premises management
• HR and personnel
• GDPR Compliance Administration

You will advise and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate efficiently and effectively, allowing members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a calm, positive demeanour Is highly motivated, well organized and methodical
• Has strong IT skills Is friendly and approachable Is able to effectively line manage the administrative team Has proven outstanding finance and business experience

 

Qualifications Required: Has a CSBM, DSBM or degree or equivalent qualification or a desire to work towards a relevant qualification.

 

Salary: £29,000-£34,000 PA

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. Temp to perm.
