Customer Services Tutor/Lecturer

 

SMART Education are recruiting a tutor to support pupils who are completing a customer service and retail qualification. This role will be teaching English and maths.

We are looking for passionate, patient, and adaptable teachers to offer both national and alternative curriculum dependant on the YP’s needs.

Pupils are aged between 16-18 ages, with some having ECHPs, who are looking at gaining customer services qualifications so that they can gain work and key skills.  You will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans and activities for the students, every student will have specific learning needs therefore it is vital you are confident in your ability to deliver lessons while differentiating where needed.

You will be teaching English and maths through subjects such as:

-Understanding customer service
-Understanding the retail selling process
-Understanding how a retail business maintains health and safety of its premise
-Understanding handling of customer payments
-Understanding the control, receipt and storage of stock
-Understanding visual merchandising

Location: Walsall

Placement Type: Long term and permanent

Pay: £130-£185 per day, depending on experience.

Working hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
