Executive Head Teacher

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Management Consultant / Executive Headteacher to work one-to-one at a Primary School in South/South-West Birmingham. You must have previous experience of leading a school in transition. This role will provide support for the established management team and offer guidance to move the school forward and ensure it is prepared for upcoming inspections.

Experience Required:

Previous experience of leading a school through a transitional period

School Improvement expertise

Ensuring children’s’ outcomes are of the highest quality by implementing structures within the school environment for this to occur.

Salary: TBC

Hours: Part-time (2-3 days), initially over 1-2 terms.

Location: South/South-West Birmingham
