Pastoral Manager

Job Description:

SMART Education are currently looking for Pastoral Manager in Birmingham for an immediate start to work in a improving school. The role requires working with a number of students covering all subjects across the school.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in working in any pastoral setting in schools, or experience that could be easily translated and applied into a school setting.
• Creative and innovative.
• Be able to cover lessons when required.
• Have very high standards for their own performance and that of the students.
• Looking to work with driven and focussed leaders in the fastest and most substantially improved school in the UK.
• Be a strong student advocate.

This position requires a STRONG MINDED and RESILIENT candidate who shows a good work ethic and CONSISTENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.

Qualifications Required: 6 months experience

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
