Pastoral Manager

Smart Education are recruiting for a Pastoral Manager at a very highly regarded School in Sandwell. The successful applicant will be committed to helping fulfill the potential of each and every pupil some of pupils include SEBD, AUTSIM, ADHD, MLD, Impairment and speech and language communication difficulties. You will share the schools belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things. For children and young people with complex, challenging needs, the level of care and education must go above and beyond. You’ll be part of a team helping to transform the lives of young people with special needs and offer them invaluable support and guidance both in and outside of the classroom

For this role you must;

• Be a hard-working, outstanding role model

• Have experience with children - ideally with behaviour or a Team Teach qualification

• Be able to work with children of all ages

• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils and parents

• Have high expectations for learning attitudes and behaviour

• Be creative and enthusiastic

• Have a structured and routine approach to day to day activities.

Qualifications Required: 6 months experience within a school or similar setting

Salary: £65 - £100 a day

Hours: 8:30 – 4:30 Monday to Friday

Location: Sandwell
