£21,606 – £23,969 (FTE)
£12,963 – £14,381 (Actual | 3 days)

Smart Education is recruiting a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a permanent, part-time role, ideal for someone seeking excellent work–life balance while making a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs.

Job Requirements:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting KS2 pupils and/or pupils with SEND preferred
• Patient, positive, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset
• Ability to build trusting, supportive relationships with children
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child & Adult Workforce) or willingness to obtain
• Valid passport
• Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references

 

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide in-class support to KS2 pupils
• Assist with individual learning plans and targeted interventions
• Support delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support pupils with communication, social development, and emotional needs
• Work closely with teachers and wider SEND staff
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
