Job Requirements for this Pastoral Manager role:

• Completed DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) training is essential
• Use of own car with business use insurance for home visits is required
• Strong background in pastoral care and student support
• Ability to manage and support students' emotional and social needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for students
• Reliability, positivity, and a solution-focused mindset
