We are currently seeking a dedicated English Intervention Specialist for an alternative provision school located in Solihull. The role primarily involves providing 1:1 English support to students throughout the day

Responsibilities:

• Conducting 1:1 English sessions with students
• Tailoring teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
• Collaborating with school staff to develop effective intervention strategies

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching English.
• Possession of a valid DBS on the update service or the ability to process a new one
• Ability to provide employer references covering a period of 24 months, including the most recent position
• Availability to commence work immediately
