Smart Education is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with a strong background in phonics to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Coventry

The Role:

As a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant at Smart Education, you will play a pivotal role in the development of young minds. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children in the EYFS
• Delivering engaging phonics lessons to enhance language and literacy skills.
• Collaborating with teachers to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Assisting in individualized learning plans for students.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching phonics.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
