Teaching Assistant - IMMEDIATE START

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant with Smart Education, you will:
🔹 Support students in Year 2 and Year 3 with SEMH needs.
🔹 Work closely with EHCPs to tailor your support to each student's unique requirements.
🔹 Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
🔹 Assist in implementing individualized learning plans.
🔹 Foster emotional well-being, social development, and academic progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
🔸 Experience working with KS1 and KS2
🔸 Experience or training in special education or SEMH needs is a plus.
🔸 Experience working alongside EHCP’s
🔸 Teaching Assistant Qualification
