Smart Education is delighted to announce an ongoing opportunity for a KS1 Teacher to join our team in Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, and Warwick. We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators who are enthusiastic about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess effective and inspiring lessons for KS1 students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum materials and resources.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's educational needs are met.
- Uphold school policies and promote a safe and respectful atmosphere for all.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching KS1 students.
- A strong passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service.
