Exam Invigilator

Smart Education is collaborating with a school located in Northfield and seeking Exam Invigilators to provide support during the upcoming exam seasons. As an Exam Invigilator, you will have various responsibilities such as supervising the entry of pupils into the exam hall in silence, assisting pupils to their designated seats, ensuring that pupils do not open or write on the exam papers before the exam starts, and ensuring that pupils do not possess any unauthorized items.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting out appropriate examination materials, invigilating pupils, recording students' details and times who need to use the toilet, tidying and straightening exam desks, and collecting exam papers in. The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills, be patient, and possess a good understanding of the nature of this role.
