Residential Support Worker

We are currently Seeking Residential Support Workers (RSW) in Higford. The role is suitable for those looking for flexible hours and alternating shift patterns. As an RSW you will be responsible for supporting the daily running of the home and providing pastoral support.

Due to the nature of the provision those who attend have statements for special needs relating to social emotional health.

Prior experience working those who display challenging behaviour is preferred but nonessential.

Drivers are preferred due to limited public transport links.

The ideal candidate will have:

1) Prior experience working with young people (ASD & SEMH Preferred but not essential)

2) Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS), subscribed on the update service.

3) Legal Right to work in the United Kingdom

4) Ability to attend an interview in July 2020 and start in September.

5) Full Job History and original certificates for relevant qualifications.

Qualifications Required: 6 months experience within a school or similar setting.

Salary: £9.68-14.26 Per Hour.

Hours: 12 Hours Shift.

Location: Higford.
