Site Assistant

We are currently seeking a site assistant for a school in Sandwell. The role will include supporting the general maintenance, health and safety checks, School Improvements (Painting and decorating) and supporting contractors.

Prior experience working with young people in the last 2 years is essential.

The school caters for those with additional needs, preunderstanding or experience is preferred.

You will also be given the title of Key Holder responsible for opening and securing the site at the end of the school day.

The ideal candidate will have:

1) Prior experience working with young people (ASD & SEMH Preferred but not essential)

2) Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS), subscribed on the update service.

3) Legal Right to work in the United Kingdom

4) Ability to attend an interview in September 2020 and start Fulltime hours in September 2020.

5) Full Job History and original certificates for relevant qualifications.

Qualifications Required: 6 months experience within a school or similar setting.

Salary: £8.15 - £12.61 per hour

Hours: 8:30 – 4:30 Monday to Friday.

Location: Dudley
