Smart Education is working with a range of welcoming primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools across Stratford-upon-Avon and the local areas who are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and nurturing Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
We have opportunities in both mainstream and specialist provisions, supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.

The Role
You may be required to:
• Provide classroom support alongside the class teacher
• Deliver 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist with targeted interventions and differentiated learning
• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Encourage independence, engagement and confidence
We are looking for individuals who are:
• Patient, adaptable and resilient
• Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
• Experienced working with children or young people (school or SEN experience preferred)
• Passionate about inclusive education
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), and we must be able to obtain recent references.
