Cover Supervisor

SMART Education are currently looking for COVER SUPERVISOR in Telford for an immediate start to work in a fast paced school. The role requires working with a number of students across KS3 & KS4.

This position requires a STRONG MINDED and RESILIENT candidate who shows a good work ethic and CONSISTENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.

Ideally you will be of degree level but this is not essential a qualification of teaching will be accepted.

You will be responsible for managing the class during the teacher absence and ensuring students remain on task and engaged. This is ideal work for someone considering a career in teaching and looking for some experience prior to starting a PGCE.

Qualifications Required: 6 months + experience

Location: Telford

Salary: £60-85 per day

Hours: 8.30-4.30 Monday - Friday
