Cover Supervisor

Job Description:

SMART EDUCATION are looking for COVER SUPERVISORS to work in Secondary Schools Across Birmingham from September 2019 covering day to day absences. The vacancy requires working with a number of students across KS3&4 who demonstrate difficult behaviours.

This position requires a STRONG MINDED and RESILIENT candidate who can demonstrate CONSISTENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.

You need to be able hit the ground running and get stuck straight in with strong classroom and behaviour management.

Someone with experience in challenging/disruptive behaviours and an outgoing personality would suit this role. It is essential you are not afraid of a contest and can offer strength & positivity to the students and gain their respect.

This role would be great for someone looking to move into teaching to gain classroom experience.

Part time and fulltime work available

Qualifications Required: 6+ Months minimum experience

Salary: £65-80 per day

Hours: 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday (1-5 days flexible work available)

Location: Bournville
