YOUTH SUPERVISOR

SMART EDUCATION are looking for a BEHAVIOUR SUPERVISOR to work in a CHALLENGING ACADEMY in SOUTH BIRMINGHAM.

The vacancy requires working with a number of students across KS 3&4 who demonstrate difficult behaviours AND CAN BE RESILIENT TO LEARNING.

This position requires a STRONG MINDED and RESILIENT Teacher who can demonstrate CONSISTENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.

The school is based in South Birmingham has an excellent SLT, staff and a very supportive department. You need to be will hit the ground running and get stuck straight in with strong classroom and behaviour management.

Someone with experience in challenging/disruptive behaviours and an outgoing personality would suit this role. It is essential you are not afraid of a contest and can offer strength & positivity to the students and gain their respect.
