Teacher - KS4

Job Title: KS4 Teacher
Pay rate: £168.80 - £232.57 per day
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a KS4 Teacher in the Stratford-upon-Avon area for an immediate start.

Job requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Must hold a valid child/adult enhanced DBS
• Ability to pass through compliance checks in a timely manner
• Experience teaching Key Stage 4 pupils
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• A passion for inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs

Role responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to KS4 pupils
• Support academic progress and promote personal growth
• Work closely with the SEND and pastoral teams to meet individual learner needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities
